How do I change inaccurate information on my business listing?

Since the protocols are crowdsourced, please click the 'rate business' button on your business's page and select the proper protocols. If this does not work, please email with the subject: "EDIT BUSINESS". Please include the name of your business and your changes in the email. To edit information such as your business's address, phone number, or images, please contact Google.

How do I add a protocol?

We are open to adding new protocols in each category. You can include your suggestion in the comments within the app or email with the subject: "ADD PROTOCOL". Safe Shopper App will be periodically reviewing standard protocols across business categories (Grocery, Dining, Retail Personal Care Services, Entertainment) and make additions to reflect evolving safety needs. We currently will not be adding customized protocols for individual businesses.

How do I respond to comments on my business listing?

Simply type your response in the comment section on your business's page.

What does the blue heart with the check next to my business mean?

This symbolizes that your business is verified. This means that your business was added by you or a respresentative of your business and the safety protocols that are checked have been verified by you or your business representative.

How do I get my business verified?

To verify your business, please email with the subject: Verify My Business. In the body of the email, please include: --the business name --the category the business should be listed under (Grocery, Dining, Retail, Personal Care Services, Entertainment) --confirm the protocols your business is following
